Sampark Global FRANCE
Sampark Global France is the international arm of Sampark, based in France, serving as a platform for publishing, academic research, and cultural exchange. It acts as a bridge between Indian and world literature, enabling cross-cultural dialogue and the exchange of ideas.
For more than a decade now SAMPARK has published and promoted French literature in India and beyond. In this journey a large number of French writers, publishers, editors and cultural managers have given great support to SAM PARK. Now Sunandan Roy Chowdhury and Stephane Amalir, who has de cades of experience in leadership of cultural institutions, have come together to launch Association Sampark Global in France. Through this association we will connect the two countries of India and France as well as the continents of Europe and Asia. And not only that with France at the centre we will try to fos ter dialogues between Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. The association will publish books as well as initiate and organise literary and cultural meets; and undertake research and training projects aimed at societal and economic trans formation. Its solemn aim will be contributing to dialogue between nations and literatures that in its turn furthers world peace and harmony.
Depuis plus d’une décennie, SAMPARK publie et promeut la littérature française en Inde et au-delà. Au cours de cette aventure, un grand nombre d’écrivains, d’éditeurs et de responsables culturels français ont apporté un soutien considérable à SAMPARK. Depuis l’automne 2024, Sunandan Roy Chowdhury, éditeur à Calcutta et Stéphane Amalir, qui possède deux décennies d’expérience dans la direction d’institutions culturelles, se sont associés pour lancer l’Association SAMPARK GLOBAL en France, et en Europe. Au-delà de l’objectif premier de relier les deux pays, l’Inde et la France, l’idée fondamentale est de favoriser le dialogue entre l’Europe, l’Asie, l’Afrique et les Amériques, notamment à travers l’édition de des livres, l’initiation et l’organisation de rencontres littéraires et culturelles, mais également par le soutien à des projets de recherche et de formation visant à la transformation sociale et économique des Sociétés.
