Dipankar Banerjee is a behavioural scientist who has spent a large part of his career in human resources function. He has worked across a large number of organisations and has been instrumental in breathing Ife into their HR processes. He is particularly interested in exploring the influences that individual and collective unconscious have on the behaviour of people.

He hat always been fascinated by those portions of Indian history that are either overlooked or have received less than due attention. His study of Indian independence movement is at once deep and diverse. His observations and insights are based on a nationalism that is vigorous and wide.
